Add the ability to set the duration of off-duty time at stops.

Add the ability to set the duration of on-duty time at stops.

Make the "show stops' button sticky so it dosent reset on every recalculation.

Add some options like default average speed, default stop times etc. (this is a little more involved because of the multi-platform aspects)

Add the ability to set the hours worked history, including the current day

Debug the calculation routine for rules like the 70 hr rule and 34 hr reset

Re-work the layout of the leg info display, replacing the multi-function display with several static info boxes, as waiting for the MDF to cycle to change the start date or time is so annoying.

(Tentative) Split-sleeper rules and auto-detection, optimization
